White Copra

White Copra is produced from selected mature coconuts that are cleaned and dried in a controlled chamber using sulfur treatment. This process preserves the natural white color of the coconut meat, reduces moisture content, and ensures consistent quality for further processing.

Ordinary Copra

Smoking Copra (Ordinary Copra) is produced from mature coconuts that are split and dried using controlled heat and smoke. This traditional drying process reduces moisture content while preserving the coconut’s natural oil, resulting in brown-colored copra widely used for coconut oil extraction and other coconut-based products.

Coconut Shell Charcoal

Coconut Shell Charcoal is produced from selected coconut shells that are carbonized in controlled drum kilns to achieve optimal carbon content and consistent quality. After the carbonization process, the charcoal is cooled, cleaned, and carefully screened to remove ash, dust, and impurities.

Coco Bristle

Coco Bristle is produced from mature coconut husks that are soaked, processed, and mechanically combed to extract strong and durable bristle fibers. The fibers are then cleaned, sorted, and dried to ensure consistent quality, making them suitable for brushes, brooms, mattresses, and various industrial applications.

Coco Peat

Coco Peat is a fine coconut coir material obtained during the screening process after coco bristle fibers are extracted from coconut husks. The material is further cleaned, sieved, and dried to achieve consistent particle size and low impurity levels. With its excellent water retention and aeration properties, coco peat is widely used as a growing medium, soil conditioner, and horticultural substrate.

Coco Fiber

Coco Fiber is obtained from coconut husks through a fiber extraction and screening process. During processing, long fibers are separated as coco bristle, while fine particles are collected as coco peat. The remaining fiber is cleaned, dried, and graded for use in mattresses, ropes, geotextiles, and other industrial products.
